We do keep some inventory on hand in the store, however, there may be times when an item is out of stock. In these cases, our staff requires an additional 10 business days, during non-holiday seasons, to make the coat. During peak holiday times (Nov. 1 – Jan. 1), that time can increase up to 14 business days or more, depending upon fabric availability.
Please note: All returns (except those due to product defects) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, that will be deducted from any refund due and return shipping will be paid by the customer.
