This Jacket is a contemporary take on classic black tie, with a minimalist design of clean lines and fastenings; all the attention will be on the sumptuous velvet.
For an added splash of personality, each jacket features one of our silk linings of your choosing. The example shown features our Course of Empire – The Consummation, an excellent pairing as the softer tones and washes of sky blue, offset the rich purple velvet.

When to Wear: this jacket is perfect for evening events, glamourous weddings or any occasion where you might want to show a little flare. We think a velvet jacket is a versatile piece which can be dressed up or down, so experimentation is encouraged.

Fabric: Our jackets are made with the world-renowned Scabal fabric. This jacket is made from a blend of 70% cotton and 30% modal to create a luxurious velvet. 

What is modal?: Modal is a cellulosic fibre which is most commonly used in activewear as it is extremely breathable, it adds a lighter quality to our velvet blend for this Smoking Jacket.

Lining: Our jackets feature three panels (included in the price) of your choice of fine art silk linings, which can be viewed on the link below.
