Tulane Green Wave Script Vintage-Inspired Bomber Jacket
In 1963, Tulane’s athletics director and bookstore manager jointly decided it was time to make a change in mascots, away from their original surfing Pelican. When they made the change, they hired none other than Angelus Pacific’s Arthur Evans, considered the G.O.A.T. in mascot design-circles. He did not disappoint, coming up with Tulane’s “Green Wave.” The Green Wave, paired with a classic vintage script, make this bomber jacket stand out in the crowd.
